Companion Libraries added to CGALIB 1

CGALIB 1 has a couple of companion libraries for game development: KEYLIB for keyboard input, and SPKLIB for PC Speaker sound effects and music. These were used in the games Team Droid and  Barren Planet. Rather than give them their own project pages, I've added them here to the CGALIB 1 page, for you to download. Each is available as source code or binaries, and each has their own documentation in text format, included in both the source and binary ZIP archives.
